By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Account Information

Registration Data: When you create an account, we may collect your name, company name, email address, billing address, and phone number.

Payment Data: Payments and related personal information may be processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Usage Information

Call Detail Records: We may collect telephone numbers, call dates and times, duration, routing information, and disposition when necessary for billing, service delivery, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Messaging Records: When you use SMS or MMS services, we may process telephone numbers, timestamps, delivery information, and other message-related metadata as necessary to provide the Services, support customers, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law. Message content may be processed or retained when required for transmission, troubleshooting, security, or legal compliance.

IP Addresses and Device Information: We may collect information about the device used to access our Services, including IP address, browser type, and operating system.

Communications and Cookies

When you contact us, we may collect information needed to answer your inquiry, troubleshoot an issue, or improve our Services. We may maintain correspondence and marketing preferences.   • To authenticate users; provision telephone numbers; deliver inbound voice, SMS, MMS, and related services; track usage; and facilitate billing.

  • To protect our network, customers, and the public; prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and unlawful activity; and enforce our agreements.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Service Providers: We may share information with trusted vendors, carriers, and partners that help us provide and maintain the Services. These parties may use the information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, other valid legal process, or lawful government request.

Business Transfers: If VoiceTerm is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice when required by law.

You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us, though you may still receive transactional and service-related communications.

Our Services do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Depending on where you reside, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

If you access our Services from outside the country where our servers or providers are located, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in another country. We take reasonable steps to protect it in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
